Summary
Crescent Aust, an "okay" teenager from the most magical place in the world, New Orleans, Louisiana, and was aspiring to live her life to the fullest...until she was sacrificed to a group of teenage vampires in Japan. You'd think that this would be the part where the harem starts to form, but it doesn't. Crescent may not have the Japanese Language down, but she won't let language barriers stop her from escaping from the mansion of thirsty vampires. She has no experience with the paranormal, but she's read the folklore and myths, and she's watched the cheesy vampire films. Crescent is not afraid to face an entire armada of paranormal psychos if it means she will take back her freedom. On her quest, she will make some lasting friendships, as well as some not-so-lasting enemies. Is this really a love story? Not really, but nothing is for sure. Her destiny is in her hands now, and she has to figure out the truth about herself, whether she wants to or not-it's all up to the plot. Crescent will soon come to realize that she is, and will always be, the girl next door...
