Camelot is a lot bigger than the letter suggested it to be.
The buildings here tower at three stories tall, sometimes even four, and that’s only in the lower town. The battlements alone leave trailing shadows over the roads, the stone and brick laid down who-knows how long ago.Merlin clutches Gaius’ letter close, looking down every now and then to recheck the directions. The roads are winding and narrow with more than a few dead-ends.
His offer hangs just under the directions:"Mentor under me and I can teach you the control you seek – a physician’s apprentice is a noble trade not many young men have the opportunity to undertake. Do you understand?"
Merlin didn’t understand at first, not until Hunith pressed a set of Will’s old clothes into confused hands. Summary
AU. Nineteen year old Peter Parker has worked for SHIELD ever since he had a run-in with Nick Fury over alien technology a couple of years ago.
When Tony Stark and Happy Hogan are injured in an attack that uses unfamiliar alien tech, Peter is assigned by Fury as their bodyguard and informant. He has one rule he tells himself on missions. Or, well, one rule with three sub-sections: get in and out, stay alert, and do not get attached. (That last sub-section holds more weight than the others — by about forty percent, give or take.)
Morgan Stark — and, apparently, the rest of the Avengers, along with people he's tried to leave behind — are making the last part of that rule very difficult for him. Oh, and it turns out that Tony Stark isn't as big of an asshole as everyone makes him out to be. Who knew?

Summary
Kevin’s ordinary life is turned upside down when he starts having strange dreams featuring a lake and a man with gold eyes who speaks to him in Cornish. It all comes to a head one night when the man’s voice follows Kevin out of his dream, frantically urging him to go to the lake and save a man called Arthur before he drowns. Following a magical blue lightning sphere, Kevin drives through the night to Dozmary Pool where he rescues a confused man who’s yelling in Cornish and struggling in the water while wearing chain mail and clutching a sword.
