The story is simple and well-known.
Natasha, Yelena, Melina, and Alexei were sent together to pretend to be a family on a mission, but what everyone didn't know was that there was one more person: You.
Natasha wasn't Dreykov's only favorite; you were a year older and stood out as much as she did, often sparking friction between you, each one always striving to outdo the other.
You were also her first love.
The Ohio mission didn't end well, and everyone thought they had lost you until years later when the Red Room resurfaced in the widow's life, and nothing like a family reunion to resolve old problems.The story takes place during the film Black Widow (2021) - it is not canonical with the film.
The reader has the same abilities as the Winter Soldier - Civil War also not canonical with the story. -

Summary
She clutched the folder that Peter had given her tightly, its paper supple and yellowed. A photograph of a young girl, no older than sixteen, was clipped to the front. Its print was black-and-white, but she could see enough to know that the resemblance was there. The girl had short hair, cut above her shoulders, a slight wave to it, and if Natasha had to guess, it would burn a vibrant red. The girl’s expression was somber, her eyes downcast, cheeks hollow, colourless. She had that look to her, as though she hadn’t smiled a day in her life.
In some ways, it remind Natasha of her own youth. "This is her?" She asked, not looking up from the file, though she knew the answer that she would receive.
Her fingers traced over the name printed in black ink at the centre of the folder: Romanov, Ellia.
Peter’s confusion was evident when he spoke. "Yeah, that’s Ellia. But, Misses Black Widow, I really don’t understand-"
"You don’t need to understand, Parker." She smiled slightly, her teeth cutting into her lower lip until the familiar taste of copper flooded her mouth. "You can go now. I’m sure Stark needs you in the lab."
