When they both are left alone and wounded on the battlefield, Alastor realizes that he feels something more than simple hatred for the short statured Kind of Hell. When that newfound emotion leads a rather murderous deal, and a new rising overlord threatens the hierarchy of hell, will the two be able to realize they want each other through these challenges? Or will their assumed loathing for each other tear them down piece by piece?

After Lucifer gets injured due to Vox's angelic machine, the king of hell isn't the only one that suffers. Unexplainable phenomena begin to occur like bizarre weather, dead wildlife and even Charlie notices that her once beautiful hotel is losing its glow. What's going on? And how is it all connected?
Meanwhile, Alastor hopes to make a deal with the small wounded king for power and ends up with more than he bargained for.
