So I've been reading AppleSeeds story, Notice, and it's just burrowed into my heart. Anxious Aziraphale is always someone I relate to and Competent pining Crowley is too! So it's two great tastes that taste great together! :D
i love the idea of stopping and just looking around you. Noticing the things that you never would if you just let your mind race you through the day. And how wonderful to have someone to guide you through, teaching you all about interesting things TO notice. it's a really lovely story. This one is making me want to hike around in the woods! Summary
Another story that I love with all my heart. As someone who feels that I came to many things late, this story really sang to me. I took inspiration from the West Coast Trail itself as well a magazine I loved in my youth, Outside. It was one of the magazines I read cover to cover. This story made me want to get back out on a trail. It made me want to stop and peer at rock pools, lay on the ground and stare at the sky, and build a campfire so that I can sit and smell the wood smoke next to the sea.

Summary
Aziraphale is the oldest son of Lord Arthur Young, Crowley is the son of the village witch, Agnes Nutter. Friends since childhood, they spend one last summer together before Aziraphale will leave to join the Celestial religious order.
Crowley had always been beautiful. Aziraphale had never questioned that, had known it from the moment they'd met. Crowley was funny, and inquisitive, and a show-off, and beautiful. Aziraphale just hadn’t ever stopped to think about what that really meant, for him.
