Summary
There are 4 laws of thermodynamics,
Zeroth Law: If two systems are each in thermal equilibrium with a third system, then they are in thermal equilibrium with each other.
First Law: Energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed from one form to another.
Second Law: In any energy transfer, there will always be a loss of usable energy, often in the form of heat, leading to an increase in entropy.
Third Law: A system's entropy approaches a constant value as its temperature approaches absolute zero.Lando proposes one more.
Fourth Law: When in a heatwave, the desire to cuddle remains constant while the feasible cuddle duration approaches zero.
Or, all Max wants to do is cuddle Lando, and Lando would like to, but it's too hot for cuddling.

Summary
It was going to be a hot race, everyone knew that. The temperatures had been high all weekend, taking most outdoor events that could be moved indoors. Drivers had been on top of carrying water bottles wherever they went, refilling them more frequently than before. It was the height of summer, and it was very evident.
A small, slightly guilty, part of Max wished the race could be postponed to Monday. Sunday was going to be the height of the heat this week, and Monday was supposed to be cooler. He supposed that was a testament to the way he was feeling now.
