If you ignored the fact that he was still, very much so, a despicable Scouser, you could almost say that he had a … sort of rugged charm now, when he had been a lanky, ugly, misshapen twat in his youth. Mind, it had barely made him look tolerable, and given that he still was a despicable Scouser, the enemy, it was nowhere near enough to make him handsome, let alone desirable, let alone – well. Marriage material. Gary still shuddered at that thought when he remembered – and it was rather hard not to, considering that they lived in the same house.
(In which Gary and Jamie are married and raising a 4-year old together, when Gary hits his head and loses 20 years' of his memory.)

The tiniest sliver of blood ran down the vampire’s chin, contrasting sharply against his pale skin. Briefly, his pupils flared, eyes turning fully red, but as he looked Jimmy over, they dimmed, a distinctly human quality flooding into them, with an underlying look of what almost seemed to be fear. He took a step back, and almost immediately slipped, falling backwards down to the ground, but didn’t take his eyes off Jimmy once.
“H-Hey! Uh- you- how much did you see of that?” he asked, a nervousness to his tone, but Jimmy could tell he was trying to be friendly. Gentle, still.
Jimmy didn’t respond, simply staring down at the man, who a moment later scrambled up to his feet, brushing the dirt off of his backside as much as he could. His eyes briefly glanced down to the dagger in Jimmy’s hand, before looking back up at him and offering a polite smile, a kind smile. And it was in that smile that a strange thought passed Jimmy’s mind - that despite the danger that lurked in those razor sharp teeth, the deathly aura that surrounding the man, in the light of the moon illuminating him from behind, in the way he held himself and the unusual warmth in his eyes, he was incredibly pretty.
