Being homeless wasn't too bad for the ghost boy on the run. He had a pocket detention now, so he didn't have to worry about important things being stolen from his backpack. He made some cash by being a handyman for people in crime alley and selling items he made from the scraps he frequently stole from the dump. That was until it started to storm. He found a warehouse to take shelter for a while, and there he met a short man who looked like a fucking Leprechaun. What happened after he offered to get Danny a fresh set of clothes… well, he's not too sure.

"I can get rid of your father, and make him get locked up in Tartarus. And most inmates there say it's worse than death. But I have a price."
"And why the fuck should I listen to you? What's your stupid price? Money? Favors? As if," Dabi snaps back.
"My price, is you come with me to my house and you stay there, free of charge, three meals a day, and a loving mother. As long as you don't tell her how I found you."~~~~~
Midoriya Izuku is sent back in time during the preparation for the final war, into his 13 year old body. He awakens with scars he shouldn't have, a quirk he shouldn't have, and muscle he DEFINELY shouldn't have. Perfect for saving everyone!

Summary
My extrapolated story from I'm building off flamingpuddings post on Tumblr. What if Selina Kyle was Danny bio mom. That she had with Batman. And she put him up for adoption to her distance relatives the fentons. I've also taken the liberty to set the phantom time line up a few years earlier. Danny had his accident in Jr high. At 11 in 6th grade. He meets Selina at not yet 14 teen. A ton of DC characters will make appearances eventually. But it's going to focus heavily on Gotham based characters first. And slowly sprinkle in more phantom characters and other dc characters from all media forms messed together.
also to note a lot of characters will be introduced. a lot of relationships will be mentioned. most of the relationships are not monogamous or uncomplicated. if you are looking for a single ship, not the best fic. villains are not just villains and heroes are not just heroes. it's messy in here with tones of grey. Danny is the main focus of the story. with an ever growing meet and great format, with plot there in the background and slow going.

Izuku knew what he’s just done; telling Eraser he wanted to be a combat medic essentially told the man he had a healing quirk, mostly because only people with healing quirks could be combat medics. other people who were on scene in a villan fight were just put into the first-responders label. Saying you have a healing quirk in present day society was basically putting a large target on your back that says, ‘I’m worth killing for’. There were only two other people in Japan that healing quirks, and they were always sought after. One was Recovery Girl who stayed in Musutafu and lower while the other was Repair Mate who worked in Kanagawa and above. The two pros decided between themselves that it would be easier to split the country in half to even out the workload. They were managing fine but the population of Japan knew that recovery girl would retire soon; and the country were in dire need of healers. People online were speculating that the government were looking into buying halers from other countries, they were that desperate.
Aizawa felt like a bucket of ice water had been pored over him.
