Everything is fine.
Peter has an apartment, a job, and no social life. Eat, sleep, work, patrol. Well, more like just work and patrol. And even that is slipping through his fingers. He’s barely making rent, and that’s before Captain America and the Winter Solider become regulars at the crappy bistro he works at, and Peter keeps paying for them.
But Peter’s fine. He tries not to think that he lost everything for this existence. He lost everything for nothing.
