After the destruction of the Digital Overlord, Cyrus finds a ghost program in his implants that give a false virus warning whenever he plugs them in to charge. He learns to ignore them, until the ghost program activates, a fragment left behind during the implantation of his cybernetics finally developing into something not quite human within him.
