Summary

Summary
The battle is over, but unlike the original events, Miles Quaritch did not die. And Paz Socorro was also alive. But.... they abandoned their son. Neither chose to stay on planet for their son's sake. They left him stranded. Spider will grow up and come to learn that family isn't always bound by bloodline. It is "always" bound by love. Sometimes one is not born into their family. Sometimes, they find their family.
Or
Spider is adopted by Jake and Neytiri, even though his parents still lived when they left planet. Oh, and Spider can breath Pandora's air. Shocking, I know.
