The sound of the back of his hand meeting Garp’s face silenced the entire battlefield as they stared on in shocked horror. Garp was among the number as he slowly raised a hand to his rapidly bruising face. The only thing saving him was Luffy’s innate need to never hurt his family.
“I am sick and tired of your fucking bullshit, Grandpa.” Luffy snarled that other he couldn’t begin to explain flowing thick in his voice. “I know you never actually gave half a damn about us, but this? This is fucking disgusting.”

Summary
Roger finds something on Laugh Tale island. An old God trapped and so desperate for adventure they’d break themselves apart and send their powers out into the world for a taste of freedom. The world calls them devil fruits so that must make them the Devil. Regardless, Roger doesn't plan to leave them there.
Unfortunately he also has other plans. Leaving Rouge alone to raise two of their sons, find the other two and pick up more along the way. She fights to keep them alive with the world government chasing them down. All while trying to figure out how to raise the literal Devil.

“I’m not happy about this either,” Law says, refusing to look up from his plate.
“Right,” the thing that isn’t Strawhat says with Strawhat’s voice. Well, Strawhat’s mouth.
During the final battle on Laugh Tale, Law performs the Eternal Youth surgery to save Luffy’s life. He wakes up afterward.
Luffy doesn’t.
The good news is, Nika is as interested in getting Luffy back as any of them. The bad news is, it’s going to require a trip to the heart of the sea, where the lost souls go.
And the strange news is, Law seems to be the only one who knows the way…but he doesn’t know why.

Summary
After the Straw Hats are all killed while fighting against the World, Luffy wakes up in his twelve year old body, changed after years of imprisonment and abuse in the Abyss. No longer capable of becoming "Straw Hat Luffy", no longer recognizable to the person he had been, he decides a different fate, to sail with Ace and find Sabo.
Fate has a funny way of reshackling him, though. And some things, some experiences, you just can't heal from.
