Summary
Thomas skillfully ignored all of the poorly hidden stares his entire guild was sending the pair of them and settled himself in the car. When he tried to put Jinwoo down on the seat next to him, the younger Korean let out a truly heartbreaking whimper of pain and fear before latching back onto him with enough strength that he most definitely would bruise this time. Thomas snorted in mild amusement before settling his soulmate more comfortably against his chest.
“Alright alright snuggle time doesn’t have to be over yet,” Thomas huffed fondly. “But you will be explaining all of this once you are coherent again, you hear me?”
Jinwoo merely responded with another completely inhuman purr as he buried his face in Thomas’ chest. The younger man wasn't usually anywhere near this cuddly with him as he still had some touch aversion after years of being mistreated by other hunters while raiding gates at the lowest rank possible. It still made Thomas’ blood boil anytime he saw Jinwoo shy away from contact he knew the other craved simply because he wasn't comfortable around others.
