Summary
“Chuuya?” Dazai said, his voice barely above a whisper, the word more of a question than a statement. Chuuya’s head snapped up, his glassy and unfocused eyes taking a second to register Dazai before hardening into an annoyed stare. He didn’t respond, instead electing to ignore Dazai completely.
“Oi Chibi,” Dazai called playfully, regaining his composure and crouching down to inspect Chuuya’s wound better, “I’m talking to you. How’d you get so beaten up? I thought you were a Port Mafia Executive.” He reached out to pull aside Chuuya’s trench coat, but Chuuya flinched away and pushed himself further into the wall.
“Don’t touch me.” Chuuya breathed, the words spoken so quickly and without pause between, as if he had forced them all out of his throat at once. Dazai paused, cocked his head, and dropped his hand.Dazai finds Chuuya seriously wounded and alone. It's been two years.

Summary
Arthur dies.
Camelot burns.

He persists, long after his friends have perished, experiences the rise and fall of empires, watches man walk on the moon- but Sherlock Holmes?Meeting him may cost Merlin everything (Including, predictably, his sanity).
Or: Merlin decides to move to inner city 20th Century London to pull his life back together. Instead, he meets John Watson and Sherlock Holmes and- well let's just say his life gets a lot more interesting then he had planned on.
[The mature rating is mostly for some more heavy handed crime scene and murder descriptions, as well as some focus on mental health. Don't worry though! We add warnings in the start-of-chapter notes, and mark parts to skip.
It isn't nearly as serious as the tags suggest, we promise there’s loads of fun stuff in here too to balance out the angst (like ample sass and sarcasm; this is a Sherlock Merlin crossover, after all)]

He could have tossed him another insult and been done with it, but his mouth is already moving before he can stop himself.
"Maybe I wasn't satisfied with how I left things," Dazai says with a flat indifference that doesn't match his words.
