Hannibal pauses, and looks over his shoulder at Will with such an amused, perplexed expression that Will flushes with pride at having put that look on his face. It’s satisfying to catch him off guard.
In which Will actually does find Hannibal pretty interesting.

Summary

Will Graham is a trainee working for the FBI and Jack Crawford's last hope for catching the elusive Chesapeake Ripper. While investigating a potential lead on Jack's behalf, Will meets the Ripper face-to-face. But rather than kill him, the Ripper takes him captive, intending to use him to his own advantage.
But as time goes on, it becomes less clear just who has captured who...
Basically, a re-telling of Hannibal in which Will is Miriam Lass, and instead of (I presume??) keeping his victim in a medically induced coma in an undisclosed location, Hannibal falls hopelessly in love with him.
