Steve will pay for drugs. Heck, he'll pay double Eddie's asking price. Eddie wants the cash but he also wants 'King' Steve to kneel for him and suck his cock. Steve is outraged (some internalized homophobia would be A+). IDC why Steve is so desperate for the drugs (to look cool in front of his friends? Big party?) but he ends up doing it, very begrudingly, and Eddie is rough with him, degrades him, etc. Steve cries but gets through it. Dark!Eddie (possibly bullied/traumatized Eddie, but still, he's not a Good Guy here) and babyface!sad!pretty!humiliated!angry!Steve.

Steve bit his lip, feeling a bit silly as Eddie just stood there, not saying anything. If it weren’t for the sizable tent growing in Eddie’s pants, Steve would think the man hated it and was disgusted. Yet, he still felt trepidation rising up his spine.
