Summary
You watch as he leans in closer; how his mouth curves in that same, self-assured kind of way that seems to prickle at the corners of your mind. It’s like a warning of sorts, you think, that the kind of brazen confidence and boyish charm he walked round the castle with could easily sharpen into something malicious, and it urges you to stay away.
__Sirius is supposed to be keeping his head down after a dangerous prank last year threatened his place at Hogwarts. His eye, however, has been caught by your tremendous talent for brewing a powerful dizziness draught that has the school talking long after its effects have worn off. When Sirius senses an opportunity, you are drawn into a risky proposition; turning your skill into profit. What starts as a business partnership soon exposes the cracks in Sirius' well maintained indifference, and the quiet insecurities you've worked hard to keep hidden. Lines blur between caution and recklessness, trust and doubt, until it becomes unclear whether you’re building something together—or undoing each other entirely.

Summary
Genevieve "Evie" Sterling has her life meticulously planned. As Ravenclaw's Head Girl, she exists in a quiet sanctuary of advanced arithmancy and fiercely guarded ambition. As a muggle-born, she has absolutely no time for the looming wizarding war or the toxic pureblood politics poisoning Hogwarts.
Loud, reckless, and ruinously handsome, Sirius is a walking disaster wearing his rebellion like a leather jacket. He is a storm tearing through the castle, drowning his family's dark legacy with an arrogant smirk.
Evan is the exact opposite. A Slytherin heir bound to a rising Dark Lord, he hides his paralyzing terror behind a cold, untouchable mask.
To Sirius, Evie is a rule-obsessed bookworm.
To Evan, she is a blinding, impossible light.
And to Evie, they are both colossal complications she can't afford. But when the responsibilities of their seventh year force them into the same orbit, carefully drawn boundaries begin to blur. Sirius realizes the quiet Ravenclaw might be the only one who truly sees the wounded beast beneath his charm, while Evan realizes she might be the only lifeline capable of saving him from drowning.

Summary
Alice Newby is certain about three things:
1. The midwest really isn’t as bad as people make it seem. You can experience every season to its full extent in a year. People are friendly, for the most part (she’s looking at you, Jim Hopper). And, the landscapes really are beautiful if you know where to look.
2. Steve Harrington uses too much hairspray. Really, nobody’s hair should stick up that straight. She swears it was somewhat contained last year, but now it looks like he discovered what a can of aerosol hairspray can do and ran with it. Yes, she’s aware she needs to stop thinking about Steve Harrington’s hair, but it’s distracting. She can’t help it.
3. There is something going on in Hawkins, Indiana, and the more she finds out about it the more she wants to redact number one. Okay, maybe certain was too strong of a word.
