Mingyu is an alpha, Seungcheol is an alpha, and they had a moment one drunken night where there might have been some little spark of something real. Now they live together, and Mingyu can't stop smelling cherries in the apartment (and on himself). And Seungcheol hides in the library, cataloging Mingyu's annoying behaviors. They're idiots in...something. Maybe it's love. But they have to fumble there first.

“You’re real paranoid, hyung.”
“Shut the fuck ah-“ Seungcheol’s retort is cut off by Mingyu’s hand clamping around his throat, air just barely making it past the tight grip. The younger male has been wearing that infuriatingly teasing smile since Seungcheol buzzed him into his apartment. It’s nearly midnight, most people cozied up in their homes instead of wandering out and about but Mingyu is right, Seungcheol was very much paranoid about him being seen coming into the building and upstairs.
They’re still in the entryway, Mingyu’s short patience running out the second Seungcheol was within arm’s length. He didn’t even take his shoes off before he had the older man pinned to the wall kissing down his neck. Seungcheol tries to protest but he can only be taken so seriously when he tilts his head for better access, his real strength nowhere to be found in the weak pushes against Mingyu’s chest.
“You should watch you mouth, hm?” Mingyu faux pouts, staring directly into Seungcheol’s eyes. “I would love to put you in your place.”
