“Who are you?” The man carrying the newspaper asked her, scrunching up his brow. He looked her up and down, completely befuddled. One by one, the other man, the doctor, and the stormy woman turned to look at her. They wore almost identical expressions of confusion. Rey blinked, speechlessly. The appropriate answer was "a waitress", or "a stranger," or even "a crazy, perpetually single woman who’s been hopelessly, inexplicably in love with your comatose son for weeks."
Behind her, the nurse huffed, cocking her hip. As if it was obvious, she said, “She’s his fiancée.”

Kira Ren doesn't love her life and her family. She lives in hell.
One thing is true, though: Rey is married to Kylo Ren. And she can't decide whether or not she hates him.

Summary
"I can listen no longer in silence."
The hologram projection of his strangely handsome face is cobalt blue, flickering, and full of static. "I must speak to you, Rey. You… you pierce my soul. I am half agony, half hope. Tell me that I am not too late.” He groans, runs his hands through his dark, silver-streaked hair, then refocuses his gaze on the holorecorder. “I offer myself to you again with a heart even more your own than when you almost broke it, eight and a half years ago. Do not say that man forgets sooner than woman, that his love has an earlier death."
Here the recording of Ben takes a deep breath, and looks down at something outside the holorecorder’s field of view. Perhaps at his hands, Rey manages to think, through the veil of shock and timid, fluttering hope. She wishes she were there with him, so she could take them in her own, and offer him the confidence to carry on.
But this is only a hologram, so she must wait. Eventually, when he looks up again, his features have settled. He looks… Fierce. Determined. Self-assured.
"I have loved none but you," he says.

or, A Fraught Correspondence Between Two Young People (& Its Fortunate Conclusion)
I have no desire to marry, let alone propose by letter to a young miss I have never met. I vastly prefer the company of horses and hounds to the unenviable fate of being saddled with a wife and hounded by the very same.
The Duchess of Alderaan and the Earl of Stewjon hope to encourage a match between their only children. Though Mr. Benjamin Solo and Miss Rey Kenobi have no interest in the martial schemes of their beloved relatives, they do have a pressing need to correct one another—at great length.
But as prideful scorn shifts into unexpected friendship, are Rey’s witty insults becoming less acerbic and more flirtatious? Was Mr. Solo’s decision to enclose a certain pamphlet really the act of a gentleman? And most importantly: would marriage to each other really be such an unenviable fate … or might it be a love match after all?
