Summary
Hamilton is staring at him straight on, unashamed, eyes glinting. “Alexander Hamilton, at your service. I think it be a pleasure to make your acquaintance.”
Laurens hesitantly closes his hand around Hamilton’s and shakes, once, then withdraws. “John Laurens, at yours. And likewise, I should hope.”As a small, teasing smirk starts to creep over Hamilton’s face, and a fiery amusement steals into his eyes, Laurens thinks:
This can only end badly. In other words, the author is a sucker for canon era Hamilton/Laurens (and isn't sorry)

“You are disgusting,” He scoffs.
Is it John's fault that the man - name unknown - is painfully pretty? - Is it John's fault that the man - who SHOULD be his enemy - is pushing down on his throat in such a way that it makes his face flush, and his breeches tighten?
Well, in all fairness it is his fault for getting into such a situation in the first place.
OR
Hamilton is a redcoat, and Laurens has a death wish(and very little shame)

Summary
' “What can I get for you, sir?” John asked in his cheery voice that was reserved only for new customers so as to not scare them away. And maybe earn him a decent tip– art supplies were fucking expensive . The man was a little distracted, typing furiously on his phone. Probably on twitter, John thought. It was usually twitter that invoked such rage in people.
“Uh, can I get five shots of espresso, no sugar or cream?” '
John Laurens is in his last year at college, and working at the laid-back coffee shop, Café Arc-en-ciel. He's getting by just fine, even if his love life has been stagnant since his high school girlfriend disappeared without a trace. (Not that he actually liked girls anyway.) But when Hamilton bursts back into John's life, perhaps new beginnings can bloom in the ashes of a past relationship.

Summary
“That’s it? Red light green light?” The person next to Alex turned to ask him, and he shrugged in response.
“I guess so.” He answered simply.
All of the players lined up against the white line on the ground, separating the gathering area and the playing field. He peered through the crowd, trying to spot Lafayette, but he still was unable to find him. Well, after all, it didn’t matter much— they’d find each other after the first game. Alex braced himself, planting his feet firmly into the sand. The voice was heard once again.
“The game will now begin.”- - -
Alexander Hamilton, an impoverished orphan in New York is approached by a recruiter with the opportunity to win a handsome cash prize in return for playing children’s games. Alex soon realizes there are more to these games than just money— Love, loss, and grief. How will he survive in these games, while also protecting those he cares about?
