Crowley had no one to blame but himself.
That was usually the case when Crowley was unhappy, but this situation felt particularly unfair, as well as particularly self inflicted. After all - he was the one who was trying to pretend he was asleep on Aziraphale’s couch, hoping his erection would go away. If that wasn’t his own fault, he didn’t know what was.

Aziraphale had a problem, and it was all Adam’s fault. You see, Adam had seen to it that Aziraphale’s new corporation was fully formed, with all the… bells and whistles normally afforded to humans. In other words, Aziraphale now had a fully functional—and very eager—penis, and it was prone to fits of excitability around none other than Crowley.
