Losing Wriothesley the second time wasn’t as devastating Neuvillette thought it would be. His heart ached sometimes, true, but the fonder memories mostly resurface to soothe him, reminding him not to lament the mortality of his beloved but, like he promised, to wait for his reincarnation once again.
Another five hundred years passed and the eventual reunion elated Neuvillette. In the grand scheme of things, however, both of them were caught up in another malady stirred up by unknown forces lurking in the shadows of Fontaine.

Neuvillette stood quietly behind the drenched man, watching, waiting. “I know it’s raining. I’m sorry I can’t do much for you, kiddo.” He watched him reposition some fallen items near the headstone, watched him place a bouquet of bright, cheery flowers in the fixed vase. He watched him take off his coat and drape it over the wet headstone. He watched as Wriothesley kneeled down, head in his hands.

Summary
Wriothesley, adoptive son of a Duke, becomes a political pawn in his father's schemes.

Summary
Neuvillette and Wriothesley may have been dating for quite a while now, yet Neuvillette still feels like he can't keep Wriothesley solely to himself with how many people flirt with him (without the duke noticing). From duelists, recruiters, to informants, Wriothesley seems to be admired by everyone and Neuvillette feels greatly bothered by this fact, despite knowing that his lover isn't the person to blame for his attractiveness. Although he attempts to suppress his bitter feelings arising from jealousy, Wriothesley can't help but notice something shift in Neuvillette's attitude after multiple instances of having to endure this torture. How will they address it?
