Summary
Harry finds himself along after his name comes out of the Goblet of Fire. With nearly all of Gryffindor against him, he runs off, needing to be alone. Draco Malfoy finds him and helps him. Harry decides that he's done with trying to fit himself into the moulds that everyone has for him, Harry is no longer going to be the perfect little Gryfindor.

Summary
The final battle is fought, and the Dark Lord gets captured. The ministry holds a trial for Voldemort, but after his sentencing, he gets hit with the killing curse, but survives. Kingsley had suspected this, as he had received a letter before the trial.
A letter which tells him that without killing Harry Potter, Voldemort will continue to live. With many problems, Kingsley needs an easy way out just once. Just one easy way.
So he gets Harry Potter killed.
Or!
Harry gets screwed over, and the moment two killing curses hits both Harry and Voldemort, Death gets involved to help its master and its master’s soul bound.
So, the two of them get thrown into the past, hand in hand, back to Harry’s fourth year.

I got this idea from a song I heard while driving. The Order uses a ritual against Harry and Sev's wishes. It's doesn't produce the desire results the Order wants.
