When Draco Malfoy awakens his seer powers he's gifted with hallucinations, a breakdown on the floor of the Leaky Cauldron, and the lost ability to see souls. It made him undeniably more powerful, but he wasn't sure that being held hostage by the Order of the Phoenix was a fair trade off.
