A small beat of silence settled between the two boys.
"A little."
There was no reply back to Lo'ak's quiet words. Instead, the sound of rustling blankets and shuffling bodies could be heard before a warm, firm chest pressed up against his back, and a hand slid across his hip to hang loosely around his stomach.
Lo'ak's breath quietly hitched at the realization: Neteyam was cuddling him.
They hadn't done something like this since they were young.

Lo'ak is in a crummy mood due to his impulsive actions, and it's only worsened by the cold, gloomy weather. Neteyam takes note of this and decides to cheer him up like the good brother he is.

Summary
After their arrival on Earth, it took a few months for Neteyam and Lo'ak Sully to adjust to the new environment. Neteyam soon got stressed from his work and responsibilities, and had to rely on smoking. Lo'ak was intrigued by his brother's new behavior, not knowing he was partially why his brother had to cling on this new addiction.
In this setting, Neteyam is 19 while Lo'ak is 16. It's more convincing this way, I guess.
