"Mars... am I... pretty to you?" Earth mumbled suddenly, covering his mouth swiftly and looking away from the red terrestrial planet, his shark tail curling around his body in embarrassment.
Mars froze. He opens his mouth to speak, but nothing came out. He wanted to yell at Earth and tell him how absolutely gorgeous he is, how he could look at the other terrestrial for millenia and never pry his eyes away... he was so gorgeous.
Finally, a word squeaked out of Mars' waiting canine maw. "...yes, very. You're beautiful."

"I... don't know how I ended up like this!"
Shuriken squeaked, digging himself further into the lake, staring at Journal like an upset, scared puppy. The moon shined it's light like a beautiful disco ball onto Shuriken's new scales and bodyparts, his teeth showing out of his jaws- protruding fairly and sharp as large knives. His tail, docked with dorsal spikes which pulsed a pretty green every now and again splashed against the water behind him. Shuriken narrowed his eyes as he saw Journal sigh and put his hands upon his face, dragging them down.
"I genuinely don't know HOW you ended up like this. Did you... expose yourself to anything when you..." Journal trails off, before starting to stutter and back up. Shuriken blinks, confused at Journal's sudden reaction. Shuriken turned his head and a large, black body suddenly crashed into him, sending him rolling and roaring.
or... Shuriken becomes godzilla and fights Ghido-hand.

“Well… you kind of brought the hand soap upon yourself, but it’s good for your cut! If you’re done washing I can probably bandage your hand.” Treasure Chest pulled out some gauze, Journal dried off his now clean hands and gave his cut hand to Treasure Chest, who gently started to wrap Journal’s hand in the bandages. Journal seemed to nearly lean into Treasure Chest’s warm touch, as if Journal never was helped like this in his life.
“How do you… know how to do all of this? Like… y’know, clean the wound, bandage it- I mean I know there’s bandaging but-” Journal trailed off. Treasure Chest nodded. “Siblings. I helped take care of my younger sisters when I was a kid.” Treasure Chest responds after a few heartbeats of silence, finishing his gentle bandaging of Journal’s hand. Journal reeled it back and let out a noise akin to a cat’s purr.

Summary
Oj and Paper are the power couple that runs Hotel Oj, and their work ethic is matched by no one else. But one morning Test Tube finds that the dynamic duo has gotten into a fight, both of them refusing to do their work until the other one apologizes.
This leads Test Tube, Fan, and Pepper to devise a plan to get them back together. Test Tube because she wants her order back, Fan because they're his favorite couple, and Pepper because she wants Salt to shut up about how she might have a chance now.

Everything is BEAUTIFULLY written! Everyone is very in-character and it's nice to see that Paper isn't characterized as a little uwu kitten that needs help all the time and is actually written as someone who can actually function just fine by themselves and doesn't need to rely on OJ to do day-to-day things. The humor is on-point and I cackled at the "20 dollars is 20 dollars!!" remark from Knife. Yes, Knife, 20 dollars is indeed 20 dollars.
If someone came up to me, said "This happened!" And said the plot if this fanfic and everything word for word and said it was an II episode, I would without-a-doubt believe them.
