Summary
Charlie Morningstar is Hell's princess and feels restricted by her royal status. An arranged marriage looms on her horizon and Heaven is insisting Princess Charlotte be wed to a demon noble by her 225 birthday. a date that is quickly approaching. Nobody will tell Charlie why Heaven is so invested in her union to another nor why her mother, Queen Lilith, is so reluctant to force her to do things on Heaven's schedule and instead believes Charlie is simply a "late bloomer".
Frustrated by the lack of answers and the overbearing tension between her parents and Heaven and distraught when Charlie learns her father went ahead and picked a suitor for her, Charlie decides to live up the last week of her being single by sneaking out and going to clubs– dancing, drinking, and maybe even having a good ol' fashion One Night Stand.
