Sakura's family immigrated to Kiri instead of Konoha. She gets put on a Genin team with Haku and Chojuro and the three of them end up being taught by Kisame. This is the Pastel squad.
Basically nothing bad ever happened to anyone: Obito, Kushina, Minato, Nawaki, and Dan never died, there was no Uchiha massacre, there was no era of Bloody Mist, Mei's running Kiri with Zabuza, Utakata, Yagura, and Kisame at her back, Orochimaru is the good guy we always knew he could be, and nobody's having any of Hiruzen or Danzo's shit. This is the Promiseland.Expect lots of fuzzy feelings and flagrant disregard of canon.
