Summary
For someone who's spent a large chunk of his life on the run those are not the words you want to hear on a Friday evening.
Neil Josten is a survivor, a fighter, a runner but he is also not alone, his 16 year old sister, Cece, is by his side and has proven that she will kill and die for him and his dreams.
But Neil and Cece are a package deal, so when the Palmetto Foxes come knocking, Neil tries to turn them away. He won't abandon the only person he's truly trusted. But Cece has an idea, with the help of a few loyal allies she and Neil plan to free themselves from the monsters in the past that won't stop hunting them.
But it won't be easy, balancing secrets, a dysfunctional team, lies, the Ravens and their King - Riko, a suspicious Andrew and the past will make Cece's mission to ensure Neil finally forges himself a family he deserves difficult. But the Josten siblings don't back away from fights.

He was little more than one alter in a system of twenty-five shadowed by lies, dead-ends, and a bloody end that they all knew was drawing closer by the day, and in one single evening, all their mom’s hard work of keeping them alive was ruined. But Neil had to keep going. It was his job to keep them moving.
