Thragg kidnaps Mark and goes to Earth to uncover the reason for Nohl-ahn’s betrayal. He plans to win the father over after showing the youth how generous he could be.
Mark, still healing from the gut wound which should take months to recover from, decides that a softer approach is needed to win over this mysterious Viltrumite. Although increasingly Hopeful that he can win Thragg over, he nonetheless plans for a way to take Thragg down. He’ll use everything he can to try and teach what being human means, even if the closer he gets, the more betraying the man hurts.
