Summary
The man’s head jerked up as he caught the first few notes, looking around in a search for the source of the song. He turned, finally seeming to notice the presence of an omnic beside him. He jerked back a little, raising his hands as if they were about to hit him. They held their hands up in turn, showing that they had no weapons, and became a little louder in their humming. A slow, dawning realization came over the man’s face as he seemed to realize that the music was coming from them. His shoulders slumped, legs uncurling from his chest. The flow of tears from his eyes began ebbing. The anchored omnic felt the pull of the reversed gravity become a little weaker.

The reader, a support-type omnic fueled by solar power, got dragged along by their longtime friends Junkrat and Roadhog to a “little” scuffle between Overwatch and Talon in Rialto. As is typical with these outings, the Junker trio wound up getting dragged into the fighting by Junkrat’s itchy trigger finger. All is going as well as it can until they run into a Talon member that doesn’t seem to be handling the fighting very well.

He had been through countless repairs, both minor and major, since his creation, but no deep clean or proper maintenance check since he Awoke. "STAY BACK!” Drifter yelled, as they threw Eleanor and Arthur back with a wave of power, their voice rough from coughing but there was an otherworldly, metallic toned aspect layered over-top it that made all of the hairs on Arthur’s neck stand up.
Drifter gets infected after a particularly nasty wound. How far are the Hex willing to go to save them? And can Arthur save him from himself?
