Or at least that's what other people see. Utena Hiiragi has been living under a rock for the past few years and completely missed the reveal of Liminals to the global stage. However, when one of her new comrades turns out to be hosting one of these Liminals, a Dragonewt named Draco, it seems like they're not going to leave her alone for much longer.
After months of mishaps and moving, a certain tetchy Dragonewt has finally found her way to a home she doesn't mind- with humans she tolerates (Definitely nothing more! No way!) But when her new little sister ends up dragging her into the shenanigans she and her friends get up to, her world is flipped on its head.

AKA, Utena decides to become a villain of her own volition, without Vena's corrupting influence. Hilarity and maybe also an actual plot or something ensues.
