They move against each other, with each other, in the way two twin spirits would; trusting the other, understanding the other, seeing the other in all they are. They love each other like they’re the same, like their souls are within each other’s, like their souls are protecting each other’s, like they are each other’s air and bread and wine and shelter.
And Sukuna isn’t ever going to give it up. He will love Yuji until it kills him.

Silently, Sukuna is an evil boy, and Yuji is his tie to humanity. Yuji always has been.
Sukuna will never leave Yuji, because he knows what it’s like to have Yuji, and it is Yuji he lives for, it is Yuji which makes all of this hateful scorn in his heart worth living with.

In their next life together, there are no barriers between Sukuna and Yuji.

"Why, Yuuji?" Sukuna prompts again. "I just want to understand."
"I-I don't know." Yuuji manages to stammer as he finally opens his eyes to find his father's steady gaze."It...it feels good... I can't explain it-"
"Good how, sweetheart?"
"It's exciting and it has my heart race and-" He cuts himself off, blushes furiously, guilt and embarrassment rising as his chest starts heaving with harsh breaths again.
He can't say it. He just can't.
"Yes?" Sukuna prompts, his voice gentle and patient. He doesn't look repulsed or angry, just... expectant.
Yuuji swallows hard, his gaze dropping to Sukuna's chest. He can't look his father in the face, actually meet his eyes and say the words.
"You like being choked. It turns you on." Sukuna whispers instead of him. It's not a question, it's a statement of fact, and Yuuji cringes, a grimace twisting his brows as he nods weakly, bites at his lip.
Or, instruction into martial arts and self-defense leads to Yuuji developing an unhealthy fixation for breath-play and his own father.

“You know, if you wanted to get this kinky, you could’ve just told me. No need to stray.”
Yuuji takes a step forward, an arm rising. Satoru palms the hilt of his knife.
Yuuji flinches back. “Satoru, I’d never hurt you.”
“I do want to believe you.” It comes out as something of a confession, too quiet for comfort, but the hopeful eyes Yuuji turns on him kill any regret before Satoru can feel it. “You’re a good man, Yuuji. But you’ve got a secret basement with a naked man tied up inside, and something tells me he’s not here willingly.” Satoru cocks his head. “Is he?”
“…Not exactly.”
“So you’ve kidnapped a man.”
“No!” Yuuji says immediately. “I wouldn’t—that’s my brother.”
“Your brother,” Satoru echoes, not particularly surprised. The pink hair was a bit of a clue. “Alright, you’re keeping your brother tied to a bed in your secret basement. Naked.”
When Satoru stumbles upon a hidden basement in his boyfriend’s house, he finds a captive man bearing a striking resemblance to said boyfriend.
Or: In every world, Yuuji is Sukuna’s cage and keeper both.
