Luffy looked less than impressed by that. “But I can’t ask.”
“Luffy, what are you even trying to do?” Sanji asked, lost.
“It’s Traffy’s birthday! But it’s not a birthday without cake!”
Or, Luffy knows it's Law's birthday and decides that he's getting a party whether he likes it or not.
