Lucifer didn't think anything would make him get along with Alastor. Sure, they could exist in the same general vicinity without tearing each other to shreds, simply throwing snide comments at each other and backing off before things got too heated, but even with that relative peace Lucifer was convinced there wasn't a single thing they could mutually get along over.
That was, until a pleasant night spent in the foyer with jazz music crackling over the speakers, some alcohol, and good old fashioned gossip forced Lucifer to reconsider whether he and Alastor really were all so different.

Summary
Zestial is not good with kids. Carmilla has, indeed, kids.
How can he get rid of them?This was supposed to be silly and lighthearted, but ended up longer and more complex than planned.
An human-ish AU, that follows Carmilla and Zestial’s relationships as it grows, him meeting the girls and figuring out that maybe he is more affection starved than he realised.
Those are idiots in love, your honour, and the author can't write stuff without plot to save her life.
