Her body would grow into more feminine proportions, that was for sure. If she so chose, her hair would grow longer and longer, even to the point where it reached past her shoulders. After enough time, her voice would even develop to be gentle and soft-pitched if she truly had taken after Ai.
Aqua paused at the thought, blinking as she stared back into the mirror.
