He is not sure who he is anymore. Nor that he deserves the names and titles bestowed upon him. Seclusion, the main tool for dealing with heart demons in his sect, is not working. The increasingly sorrow-filled looks from his family proves that.He does not even know how many years it has been at this point. Everything is a never ending stream of days and too-long nights, caught in his own emotions.
One day, following an impulsive thought he cannot explain, he packs a night-hunting bag - and leaves. Following the way his nose points. Wandering. until he, vaguely intrigued by a rather intricate detection and camouflage array in the middle of nowhere, goes to investigate, and finds a retirement home in the middle of a forest.
