From the prompt, "The Winchesters are on the road traveling through the (desert maybe?) middle of nowhere, Sam presents late as an Omega in heat, to the surprise of the two Alphas, and everyone is unprepared. So, they have to stop at an abandoned house and settle in to wait it out. Bonus if Sam also starts lactating hardcore, and is super shy/embarassed about it all (including his attraction to his two Alphas). Knotty-ness ensues. The Alphas have a thing for Omega milk(ing), Sam, and F***ing. Bonus if Dean matebites (yup, I made that word up) Sam at the end, and everyone is ok with it."
