“Ganging up on me, are you?” you pose after a moment, watching an all too delighted smirk curl along II’s lips. “Careful, boys. Don’t start something you can’t finish.”
II’s eyes glint. Vessel huffs a quiet laugh. It’s the drummer who leans into your side, brushing a stray strand of hair back over your shoulder. If his fingertips graze along your skin, or he leans in just enough to set his lips near the shell of your ear, then you busy yourself with staring down Vessel as the singer stays content to just watch.
“I think we can finish you off just fine, Princess,” II assures.

Summary
Vessel's voice is nothing more than a low rumble as he speaks. “So when is it my turn, hmm?”
II splutters into his coffee. “Christ. Have mercy, Vess, I’m only one man.” At Vessel’s sharp laugh, II sets his drink aside. His fingers fidget and hover over his thighs, unsure of whether they want to settle there or not. II is never normally this unsettled, so unsure of himself or what to do.
Vessel has to wonder what you did to the poor man.
Eventually, II clears his throat. “You doing anything Friday?” he proposes, tentatively looking up from his laptop.
Just because it settles the worst of the anxiety blooming in II’s chest, Vessel stands, just to lean over the table and brush a closed-mouth kiss to the drummer’s brow. He listens to the man’s breath hitch. Vessel smiles. “Sounds good.”
