They are in Arthur’s rooms, safely tucked away from the rest of the castle, when Merlin casually leans forward in the low burn of the fire and lights a candle with a flick of his hand – an action that would have damned him days ago and that still sends a strike of fear and apprehension through Arthur’s stomach. There is the fear and the magic, and the fear of the magic, and then there is the way Merlin’s jaw looks in the firelight.
It has been days since Arthur discovered Merlin’s magic – days since he first felt the brush against his skin. He is unsure, suddenly, which part of Merlin is which – what is the magic and what is the man (for Merlin has surely become a man). Just what, Arthur wonders, will he risk to find out?

Summary
Before Merlin's hand could even fall, Arthur stood in front of him, fury, disgust and pain in his eyes as he held the blood soaked dagger from the deer against Merlin's throat.
The Warlock froze. "Oh," he whispered, shocked. "I- I didn't-"
Arthur's jaw clenched. "Didn't what, sorcerer. Didn't think I'd catch you? How long? How long have you been plotting?" He snapped and Merlin frowned, still shellshocked.
"Didn't think you- you would actually kill me," he murmured, Arthur faltering as Merlin stared at the red staining Arthur's forearms with a shaky smile.

Merlin's magic gets revealed. Out of every outcome he'd ever pictured, he'd never thought it would end with him on the sharp end of Arthur's blade.

Summary
The knights of the round table go out on a hunt, and surprise, surprise they encounter bandits. Captured and placed inside an old derelict castle's oubliette the king, knights and Merlin are chained in cold iron and left until the ransom arrives back. Going off how Merlin looks, they won't have that long.

“My friends are my hoard,” Merlin groaned into the table his face was slammed on and Gaius raised an unimpressed eyebrow.
“Is this you just now realising it, or just you finally admitting it?” He asked and Merlin raised his head and glared at him.
“Gaius, how am I meant to deal with this? I mean, they’ve already asked me so many questions! And today-! I accidentally revealed to Percy my magic!” Merlin complains.

It's been five years since Merlin became a dragonlord and now he's going through "dragonlord puberty." He grows wings, talons and fangs and gets Dragon-like behavior, such as collecting a hoard.
Which would be all fine and dandy except that Merlin's inner dragon decided to hoard his friends and now Merlin has to hope none of them notice his strange behaviours.
