Emma reaches for Regina’s hand again, but Regina’s moved her ice cream to it instead. “Though, I mean, if I were into women, your mom would definitely be first on my list,” Emma tells Henry.
“I’m flattered,” Regina says dryly.
Her voice sounds a little strained, and Emma tries to lighten the tone. She hadn’t thought Regina would be uncomfortable with the idea of…well, Henry has two mommies, but the Enchanted Forest had seemed a little regressive. “What? Are you saying I’m not on your list?”
“Yes, Emma,” Regina says, and she barks out a choked laugh of her own. “If I were into women, you would definitely be on my list.”

Summary
Lena's finally laughing again, and Kara has to duck her head to hide how relieved she feels. After nearly four days of absolute hell, she's finally got her Lena back, and they're finally happy and having fun together.
"And look at us now," Kara says loudly, so Lena doesn't get choked up. Or so she doesn't get choked up. Whichever. "We're like Thelma and Louise -- on the run from the law, having the best road trip of our lives."
Lena rolls her eyes. "Didn't Thelma and Louise end badly?"
"No," Kara says, clapping her hands together and positively beaming. "It ended mid-air, the freest they'd ever been."

It's not the first time Kara's worn the scarf outside the bedroom. She's been pretty obsessed with it ever since it moved from being a simple part of Lena's wardrobe to a part of their sex life.
But usually she'll wrap it in her hair when she's Kara and at the grocery store. Usually she'll loop it around her neck when she's at the park and walking the dogs. So she can send Lena selfies while she's holding fruit or nibbling her lip in the early-afternoon sunlight.
So she can tell Lena i'm yours or i'm thinking about you or i want your hands in my hair as you untie it to fuck me or i want you pulling me in by the neck to kiss me, want your knuckles grazing against my throat as you twist the fabric.
She's never actually worn it as Supergirl, though, and she's definitely never paraded it around on national television.
No, this is new.

"Galentine's Day is for losers who don't have anyone else," Kara says, smiling as she looks at Lena. She's wearing a fancy button down and dark jeans, and she actually looks nice for once. Which is a bit weird, to be honest, especially considering the last time they went out was the DEO holiday party, where Kara forced Lena and everyone else to witness her wearing a Rudolph Christmas sweater with her tit out as the nose.
Lena was expecting today's outfit to be on par with that, not to see Kara legitimately trying.
"We have each other, though," Kara goes on. "And what are friends for, if not fake dating to not be losers?"
OR, the [fake dating] Deadpool AU where they do a lot of cute shit on Valentine's Day.
