"Are you sure you are healed, dear?" Astarion pulled Raima to one side as the group trundled through the forest path back to the -now empty- goblin keep. "I think you are still bleeding."
Raima cursed under her breath before looking up at Astarion. "Thank you for noticing, friend, but it's just… you know. That time."
Astarion frowned deeply but saw the look in Raima's eyes that clearly said 'This conversation is over.'Raima is reluctantly wise beyond her years, even for a wood elf, dragging a group of once-strangers into various holes, dungeons and fortresses, to try and address the tadpole(s) in the room. If she fixes everyone else’s problems, hers will go away…right?
Starts just before party goes into the Underdark, after rescuing Halsin. I'm not going to completely retell the story but obviously there will be spoilers for all acts. Big feelings Fic

Halsin tried to reply verbally but his body betrayed him and all his strength went to not wildshaping then and there.
