Roathe would be loath to admit he was one of those men. However, the weeks they'd been together had already begun to soften him immeasurably. He’d been stubborn at first, his prideful nature as an Orokin wouldn’t let him lean too far into her touch even though his body and heart felt fit to burst from the lightest of her touches on his cheek.
