Als Benno Alvenstein ohne zu zögern über die rote Ampel ging und fast von einem Auto erwischt worden war, war Mona Laurier fassungslos.
Wer lässt ein Kind um 20 Uhr abends noch alleine herumlaufen? Wo sind Bennos Eltern? Und ganz besonders, wo ist Luzie Alvenstein, die normalerweise mit Argusaugen über Benno wacht?
In England natürlich, auf einen kleinen Urlaub mit ihrem quasi-Freund Mats (und Leon???), während sie ihren Bruder mal kurz in Deutschland alleine lässt, obwohl ihre Eltern nicht in der Lage dazu waren, auf ihn aufzupassen. Mona möchte schreien.
