“What’s the problem with your roommates, anyway?” Sebek asks, and Epel feels just a little shocked that he’s showing interest at all.
That shock is likely what makes Epel speak, telling the entire story all over again. He notices the way Deuce stiffens next to him, and the weird glances Sebek and Jack share. Epel doesn’t understand it. Unfortunately, he’s too sleep-deprived to really care.
There’s a beat of silence. And then Deuce speaks again, his tone leaving absolutely no room for argument. “Forget about tomorrow. You’re coming today as soon as classes are over.” Epel opens his mouth. Deuce gives him a look that makes him feel like a child who was just scolded by his mom again. “I’ll come and drag you if I have to. Don’t try me. Got it?”
Epel nods almost frantically. He feels a little dizzy and even more confused, but he really wouldn’t dare argue with Deuce when he’s acting like this. It’s too scary.

Waking up in a coffin to a flaming ears creature that looked like a cat. Join Yuu as they learn about this new world around them. How will the story be different? How will all the housewardens react to a child on campus. Will Crowley step up his game?

Summary
Funnily enough, Lin Ling only started wearing a fake wedding ring to shut his asshole boss up about the wonders of marriage, coming from a guy who had already been divorced three times, and to put an end to the teasing from his mean coworkers.
The habit stuck. It even spiraled into made up, overly sweet scenarios starring Moon as his fake, imaginary wife. Honestly, it helped fuel Lin Ling’s enthusiasm. He loved telling anyone bored enough to ask just how amazing she was.
He never thought Nice, the crazy hero he saved from jumping off the rooftop of his recently fired advertising building, would have a problem with it.
Or that Nice would develop a full-on beef with Lin Ling’s imaginary wife, seriously contemplating becoming a mistress because, obviously, Lin Ling deserved better than an absentee wife.
Either Lin Ling leaves her or there will be a body he will bury :)This Romcom got dark real quick with Nice's POV. But I'll ride it and make an attempt at squishing them together.
