Summary
The second time his life changed forever, Colonello was running a standard mission. He and his team were busy clearing mines on a farm in Novalesa, near the border with France.
There he finds a young lady that's been held captured, possibly tortured, and a bond sparks between them. Finding a Sky isn't all roses and rainbows and kittens, though. For his Sky is Feral and if he can't somehow find a way to fill the rest of her Guardian positions, she will likely die.

Long after Sirina Potter-Black (fem!Harry Potter) started her reincarnation cycles as part of the Master-of-Death Schtick, she is reincarnated as Sawada Tsunayoshi. Unfortunately her parents both refuse to believe she is female (despite the doctors at the hospital being positive Nana gave birth to a girl). Her parents still name her Sawada Tsunayoshi-kun. And Iemitsu & his Boss still want to try to seal "Tsu-Kun's" flames away. Hoping to prevent this, Sirina 'talks' Hibari Kyoya into taking her to find her first guardian & soulmate - the storm guardian. At the tender age of 5 (no romance until much older).

How the very trees used to sing out a song for the wind to carry. How falling asleep in moonlight used to mean you’d only have pleasant dreams. How the sun goddess loved his ancestors so much, she had gifted them the fire in their lungs so that they might earn the respect of her dragons, and strong eyes so that they might see clearly no matter how close to her light they flew.
The trees did not sing anymore, and the moon had been asleep for a long, long time, and no one had seen a dragon in over three hundred years. But the Uchiha still had their fire and their precious eyes, and they were nearly all that was left of the magic in the world.
