Summary
Doctor Bashir and Elim Garak are reunited in Internment Camp 371, to the surprise of both parties. They have to figure out how to get out of there whilst navigating their affection for each other (a much more complicated and precarious matter). Things never run smoothly where these two are concerned.

Summary
He was no one’s choice of nurse, Garak reflected, even if Bashir seemed to tolerate him more than anyone else on the station did. Garak had been trained to inflict pain, not to ease it; to terrify, not to comfort. Bashir had shown Garak more tenderness and care than anyone had in many, many years, and the idea of trying to play that same role for the good doctor now was, frankly, a little intimidating.
Not trying at all, however, simply was not an option.

"What do you even talk about with your former enemy now turned ally, who is ridiculously hot but also obviously severely depressed and awkward as fuck to a point that it is nearly endearing while you fly to a high security prison to free your dad who has been captured because of you? He couldn't believe that nobody had come up with a guide for situations like this."
