During the quidditch world cup Harry gets separated from Hermione and the Weasley family after his sprained ankle gets in the way he continues his journey to the forest but falls over someone and later finds out it's Theodore Nott a Slytherin boy he's had a crush on for a while.
Theodore is unconscious but Harry manages to levitate him to safety but before they could get to the forest they are almost spotted by three death eaters Harry ducks behind a merchandise cart with Theodore and make port key,
Hoping to get to safety at the weasley's house but something goes wrong and they land in the middle of the ocean.

Summary
Harry Potter was done, after years of abuse by the Dursley's hands he was finally able to escape to Hogwarts and he was happy finally he was away from his abusers, he could finally be free. But then he was sent back all because Dumbledore said that they cared for him and would miss him despite him saying they wouldn’t and how they hurt him but noooo he said it's just a big misunderstanding.
And that's not even the worst of it, he had to deal with TWO years of Voldemort trying to kill him just for existing he barely knows the bloke, but anyway he was done having to risk his life at a school that was supposed to teach and help their students,
And he was done having to go back to the Dursley’s and suffer from starvation and abuse; it was time he took matters into his own hands.

Maximum is so beyond done. Getting poisioned by his girlfriend and best friend was not on his bingo card. Neither was finding out from Death, (of all people) that he was suppose to have magic and be a wizard, yet some dude named Albums wasn't going to let that happen. Oh!
