This isn't happening.
Katsuki refused to accept the existence of the smaller boy beside him. For a lot of reasons, a young Midoriya Izuku should NOT be in his bed right now.
One, more obvious, reason being that he was 26 years old and his lover was definitely NOT 16 anymore. That just meant someone screwed up with their quirk, again. And worse, it was a time quirk.
Another, more alarming reason, would be because he was very much NAKED and he could pretty much go to all types of jail just for being naked in bed with a young Izuku. Even if they would be dating ten years later.
He would love to ignore it and go back to sleep again but he can't so all he has to do is wear some clothes before the boy woke up.
"Huh....wha- K-kacchan?"
"Of fucking course you wake up when my ass is out."
Or Pro Hero Deku gets caught up in a quirk Accident and switches places with his 16 year old self.

Summary
He stomped down the hall and opened his door. The faint damp smell from the recent rain clung to the room. His curtains were still half drawn the way he’d left them. Dust motes floated in the stale air. He slammed the door shut and flicked the light on. The silence hit him again, loud in its own way.
Katsuki collapsed onto his bed. Stared at the ceiling. His chest felt tight, his thoughts too loud and not clear enough. He didn’t know how much time passed before he noticed something sticking out from his shelf. A corner of paper, bent like it had been shoved there in a hurry.
Katsuki sat up and narrowed his eyes. “What the…”
He walked over, pulled at the corner, and the object slipped free and fluttered to the floor.
An envelope.
To Kacchan.

Sequel to Fucking Obvious:
After being hit by an unknown Quirk, Katsuki wakes up in an alternate universe, where he is engaged to his life-long secret crush. He intends to take full advantage of the situation, and does his best to make sure that Deku never realizes that he isn’t the real Katsuki.
The only problem with this extremely well conceived plan?
Katsuki isn’t in an alternate universe.
