Summary
It’s been several months since the Yellowjackets’ graduation, and life has been going gradually smoothly. That is, until Shauna Shipman — the split group’s writer — goes to her first party during her attendance at Brown, and reunites with the girl she’s resented for all her life.
Jackie, the prom queen who’s rather shocked than angry at their reassimilation, dials their ex-teammates for advice. A chain of events follows, and she couldn’t even begin to comprehend the chaos that they would be forced to endure

Summary
The Wiskayok’s girl’s varsity soccer team won their State Championship in May of 1996. The week that Nationals were supposed to occur, the tri-state area was devastated by unforeseen storm surges, fully stalling air traffic and forcing the team to forfeit. Months later, the Senior Yellowjackets have dispersed, all at their respective colleges, and are unaware that their bad luck with the weather in the spring saved many of their lives, and all of their livelihoods.
So why are they all being plagued by unconscious visions of plane crashes and death in a frigid wilderness?OR
The Crash never happens. Jackie never finds out about Shauna and Jeff’s affair, Lottie stays on her medication, Natalie thankfully makes graduation, and Tai and Van’s relationship remains a secret. They all head to their respective colleges, disappointed by the loss of a shot at Nationals, but at peace. That is until memories of an alternate timeline start tormenting them in their dreams.
